  • Enter your tracking number in the search field
  • Select the appropriate carrier if known (optional)
  • Click "Track" to view detailed shipping information

Order Tracking FAQs

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are typically provided within 1-2 business days after order placement, once your package has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Why isn't my tracking information updating?

Carrier systems may take 24-48 hours to display updates after receiving the package. If no updates appear after 3 business days, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

First check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact us immediately with your order number for assistance.
