At EcritFlare, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible items.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Fall under one of these product categories: Pencil Cases, Bookmarks, Stationery Sets, Art Supplies, or Storage & Organization items
Note: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.
International Returns
For international orders:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please ensure the package is marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges
