At EcritFlare, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible items.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Fall under one of these product categories: Pencil Cases, Bookmarks, Stationery Sets, Art Supplies, or Storage & Organization items

Note: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely and ship it back to us

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For damaged or defective items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.

International Returns

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
